The great Tina Weymouth chose the classic Hofner 500/2 Club Bass as her instrument of choice when the Talking Heads were paving the way to their induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Tom Petty was also known to play the Club Bass among a great deal many other famed musicians. With it's uniquely thuddy punch; the Club Bass defined a sound all it's own.
