In good condition overall and all original, this is a fantastic playing and exceptional sounding 6131 from the earlier part of 1956 as noted by the white Gretsch logo of the pickguard and low 18000's serial number. Featuring a heavily chambered mahogany body, laminate top and paired with the mahogany neck, the distinctive sounds produced by it's DeArmond pickups are an undeniable sonic joy.
